Chief Executive Officer - Albert Sebag, Ph.D.
| Albert Sebag is the founder and leading Client advocate for Guidepoint Global. The firm embodies his passion for enabling Clients to gain insight through direct research with subject matter experts. He began his career as a bioorganic chemist developing novel anti-estrogen drugs for the treatment of various cancers. He then completed law school and joined Kenyon & Kenyon's patent litigation team where he advised generic pharmaceutical companies in biotechnology and intellectual property litigations. He also founded Cancer Advisors, Inc., an oncology information company that matched cancer patients with relevant clinical trials. Dr. Sebag earned his Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry from Northeastern University, conducted research at MIT, and earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School. |

Chief Financial Officer - John Campanella
| John Campanella manages Guidepoint's Finance and Accounting requirements globally. He brings a wealth of experience in Global Financial and Operations leadership to Guidepoint. Most recently Mr. Campanella was CFO, Managing Director and Board Member for Market News International (MNI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Boerse. He joined MNI in 1996, and during his 15 years there he played a critical role in the company’s development with significant contributions to revenue growth, profitability and geographic expansion into Europe and Asia. His responsibilities at MNI spanned across Finance and Accounting, M&A, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing. Prior to MNI he served as Controller for Louis Feraud, Inc., a luxury goods wholesale distribution and retail company. Mr. Campanella started his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Hofstra University. Mr. Campanella is the current President of the Money Marketers of New York University, a non-profit organization whose mission is to fund scholarships at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of NYU as well as to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the financial marketplace. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. |

General Counsel - Catherine Smith
Catherine Smith leads Guidepoint Global’s Legal and Compliance departments. Ms. Smith joined Guidepoint Global directly from the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she served as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division for over seven years, and was an inaugural member of the Enforcement Division’s national Market Abuse Unit. At the SEC, Ms. Smith was responsible for all aspects of the investigation and litigation of potential violations of the federal securities laws and was a recipient several times of the Enforcement Director’s Award for her contributions to Enforcement. Before joining the SEC, as a litigation associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP for over 7 years, Ms. Smith represented diverse Clients in a wide range of complex, commercial litigation matters. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Smith was an Assistant Editor of Good Housekeeping magazine. Ms. Smith graduated with honors from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the St. John’s Law Review. |

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer - John Polis
John Polis leads Guidepoint’s Technology and Research Operations Teams. He brings a breadth of technology, operations and general management experience to the team. Most recently Mr. Polis founded a start-up information company where he was responsible for all technology, planning and operational aspects of the business. From 2005 to 2010, John was CTO and COO of a significant expert network research company. Brought on as CTO in January 2005 to oversee the engineering and development of the company’s CRM and to build out the company's technology infrastructure, he was also responsible for building and overseeing all operational areas including research, account management, human resources, compliance, data management, and information technology. Prior to this position, Mr. Polis served in operations and technology roles at several information services businesses. Mr. Polis holds an MBA from Wagner College and earned his Bachelors in Economics from New York University. |

Director of Sales - Michael Ferrari
| Michael Ferrari has been with Guidepoint since 2004. He leads our Client relationship team and is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the highest value and ROI for our Clients. Prior to joining Guidepoint, Mr. Ferrari was a founding member of Pathogenics, Inc., a development stage anti-infective biopharmaceutical company, and Vice President of Business Development at Atlantic Technology Ventures, Inc., a publicly-held venture capital company specializing in early-stage, breakthrough medical technologies. He also previously served as Manager of Business Development at Corporate Technology Development, Inc., and as a Technology Associate at Paramount Capital Investments, LLC. Mr. Ferrari earned his B.S. in Biology from Villanova University, and is a member of the New York Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society. |

Chief Compliance Officer - Mario Pati
| Mario Pati is Guidepoint Global's Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Guidepoint, Mr. Pati was a Compliance Officer at Standard & Poor’s where he assisted in developing the compliance platform for Vista Research, a Standard and Poor's subsidiary. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith, where he gained extensive experience working within the firm’s litigation, regulatory and compliance departments. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Pati completed an internship within the Office of the Mayor - NYC. Mr. Pati received a B.A. in Government and History from Manhattan College. |

Senior Counsel - Brenda Godoy
| Brenda Godoy is responsible for general legal matters and works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and implementing Guidepoint’s Compliance framework. Prior to joining Guidepoint, she was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, from 2004-2010, where she practiced in the firm’s Private Investment Funds Group. Before law school, she was Director of World Affairs Programs at Meridian International Center in Washington, D.C. where she was responsible for coordinating private and public conferences on international relations issues. Ms. Godoy received her A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law. |

Chief Marketing Officer - Michael Fertman
| Michael Fertman leads Guidepoint Global's marketing and is responsible for brand strategy and development, sales enablement, demand generation and corporate communications. Prior to joining Guidepoint Mr. Fertman was a VP of Product Management and Marketing with Dun & Bradstreet, where his teams more than doubled the growth rate of each of the areas he managed. His experience includes product management with two startups as well as consulting for Booz & Company’s Marketing Strategy practice. He started his career as Navigator of a U.S. Navy Cruiser during the first Gulf War. Mr. Fertman received his B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School and has an MBA in Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. |
